Oh Tin Tin, my favourite blonde hair blue eyed colonialist adventurer.

He helped build my boyhood views of White people- globe trotting do gooders that kick villanous ass in different exotic landscapes.

Of course today I know better to hold such sentiments. I, however, still have a soft spot for he and his white wire fox terrier.

I haven’t seen much of Tin Tin since I moved to the states, so there was no hesitation on my part to snatch these Baule colonial figures found in the Upper East Side.

And when I thought this experience was enought to tickle my nostalgic senses till the end of time, Steven Spielberg and Peter Jackson decided to drop this

Spielberg, you better not f*** this up.

MTV was once the standard as to which progressive mainstream vices were judged. Liquid Television was one of the many testaments to that claim.

Liquid Television is an Emmy Award winning 1990s animation showcase that appeared on MTV.The first season of Liquid Television also aired on BBC Two in co-production with MTV. Ultimately, MTV commissioned three seasons of the show, which was produced by Colossal Pictures. It has served as the launching point for several high-profile original cartoons including Beavis and Butt-head, Æon Flux, Cartoon Sushi and The Head.
